2012 WIAA Bracket Setup

The WIAA has published its breakdown of teams for the 2012 WIAA basketball tournament.  Here is the WIAA setup. The Immanuel girls will be in Half Bracket A of Sectional 3.  If by December 1st 60% of the teams object to seeding by the half-bracket, it will be divided into two regionals and seeded independently.  The half bracket includes the following teams:

• Independence
• Alma Center Lincoln

• Plum City
• Royall
• Wonewoc-Center

It should be noted that a couple of teams have been added to the half bracket from last year:

• Eleva-Strum
• Augusta
• New Lisbon

Cashton, the winner of last year's half bracket and sectional, has been moved to half-bracket B.
