Volleyball News: Congrats Coach Lau!

From today's Immanuel Daily Bulletin:

ONE MORE VOLLEYBALL NOTE, THIS TIME SUGGESTED BY OUR PREZ:

Last week, our Varsity volleyball coach, Prof. Lau, was honored by the Wisconsin Volleyball Coaches Association for surpassing 200 wins in his coaching career. Coach Lau's actual record is 235 wins, 154 losses, and 64 ties. Coach Lau, who hesitated about making this public, (we just stumbled on his plaque), mentioned the dedication and desire to succeed as far as winning goes shown by all of our coaches. He wanted the emphasis for this "on the wonderful teams he has had the privilege to coach over the past 15 years, on his awesome assistants over the years (including Prof. Schierenbeck, Rex Morrison, Jennifer Murch (Schaller), Heather Oster (Thompson), Christine Dreyer (Starland), Megan Oster, Joelle Noeldner, and April Albrecht (Sydow), and, most importantly, on our wonderful God who has given him the opportunity."

NOTE: Along with his award, our team also received the Academic Team award for their grades last season.
